OUTCOME

GrowthMaze conducted several branding interviews and workshops that resulted in fresh messaging oriented around Alive5's target markets. As a result, we refreshed Alive5's brand image and developed content for a new website.

Alive5 is a multi-channel chat solutions company provider, offering SaaS solutions as well as custom enterprise applications. GrowthMaze collaborated with Alive5 to create a comprehensive brand identity including:

- Mission and Vision Statement

- Brand values, tone, voice, and attributes,

- Product features and benefits

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS

GrowthMaze managed the company's email platform, Rollworks, to identify and test value proposition statements and generate leads. Additionally, GrowthMaze drafted copy for several email campaigns that were directed to various segments of the company's core clientele.

WEBSITE REFRESH

GrowthMaze drafted fresh copy for Alive5 and helped re-skin and organize the company's product into an appealing and user-friendly web design that was tailored for conversions.

NLP CHATBOTS

GrowthMaze collaborated with the client to develop a new NLP chatbot model, which ensured that FAQs were answered effectively and ensured a seamless process of obtaining information for the end-user.
